Shipping speed
- Amman — same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM (Sun–Thu). Delivery within 24 hours.
- Irbid, Zarqa, Madaba, Salt, Aqaba — 24–48 hours.
- Other governorates — 48–72 hours.
- International — not currently available; contact us for bulk orders.

Free on orders over 50 JD. 3 JOD flat rate below that. No surprise fees at checkout.
Order tracking
As soon as we dispatch your parcel you get a tracking link by email and SMS. If you have an account, you can also track the order from the My account page.
Returns — the short version
- Unopened and within 14 days → full refund to original payment method.
- Opened but working and within 14 days → store credit.
- Faulty under warranty → free replacement, we pay return shipping.
- Damaged on arrival → photograph the parcel before opening and contact us within 48 hours for a no-questions replacement.

Warranty claims
Every device carries a 24-month manufacturer warranty. Your serial number is tied to your order automatically — there is no registration form. To open a claim, email [email protected] with the order number and a short description of the fault.
