These terms govern every purchase made on shellyjordan.com. Placing an order means you agree to them. They are written to be fair to both sides — if something seems off, contact us and we will explain or fix it.
1. Who we are
Shelly Jordan is the authorized distributor for Shelly (Allterco Robotics) products in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Registered office: Abdali Boulevard, Amman. Registered as a commercial entity under Jordanian law.
2. Orders and prices
- All prices are shown in JOD and are VAT-inclusive.
- Placing an order on the site creates a binding offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending the order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to reject orders for any reason (stock, pricing error, suspected fraud) — in which case you are refunded in full.
3. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and local payment rails (mada, STC Pay, Apple Pay, urpay, Tabby, Tamara) via our certified payment processor HyperPay. Your card details never touch our server — HyperPay handles them under PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.
4. Shipping
Amman: same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM, delivery within 24 hours. Other governorates: 24–48 hours. Free shipping on orders over 50 JD. See the Delivery & Returns page for full details.
5. Warranty
Every product carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. Warranty excludes damage from incorrect wiring, power surges exceeding specification, physical impact, and unauthorized modification.
6. Returns
You may return any unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products in working condition can be returned within 14 days for store credit. Return shipping on non-faulty returns is your responsibility.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of use, business interruption, etc.), except where Jordanian law forbids such limitation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Amman.
